| Avengers fielded only two players because of injuries to the remainder of their squad and were pleased to avoid defeat. Pierre was imperious inflicting the first defeat of the season on Greg and was never really troubled by Neil H either. Neil O extended Greg to two deuce games before running out of steam. neither he or Anders were able to trouble Neil H, who then was the master tactician alongside Greg in a straight games double win against Neil O and Pierre to share the points on the night. | ||
